I had Allpoint do a not so small job for me: a window cut out in a brick wall smack in the middle of my living room. I had hesitated because I had a similar job done before with a different company and it was a big mess. Frank and his assistant Charles put my mind at ease the moment they set foot in my house. They were very respectful, efficient and clean. In a few hours the sun was streaming in through a beautiful window into my living room. I couldn’t be happier with their work, clean up and cost…..would definitely use again would definitely recommend!

I have always been treated very well by AllPoint construction. Allpoint most recently helped me replace a window and vent in my garage attic as well as put a floor and staircase in. They recently replaced my roof and the crew was wonderful and professional. They took their time and ensured I wouldn’t have another problem. Kyle is my new go to guy! Previously, AllPoint gutted my kitchen and basement to completely renovate them. I have been very happy.

Poor communication and lack of urgency Got a leak in my roof on a rainy called them and they said they could rush us and get it done within a week or 2 . Guy came out same day and I asked if he could put a tarp up until they start working and he said no the location it’s in it wouldn’t help. ( he never even looked). We signed our loan with the expectation of getting it done urgently. After we signed the loan a week passed and we never heard anything so I called and the lady told us we had a tentative start dated that was 4 weeks later than what we were told. I told her my situation and thankfully they were able to do it sooner. During the process my screen door was damaged I told them and it took 2 days for me to get a response from them. Then they showed up unannounced and took the mesh off and left the glass down so we couldn’t leave the door open. I called and asked if when they come back could I be made aware and could I get an estimated time for it to be fixed since several days had passed she said yes and that my materials were back. That was on a Monday they did not come back until Friday and I was not made aware they were coming to fix it. And the list goes on but over all I’m very disappointed.

All point Construction was a big help in helping me decide what I wanted for my kitchen. Tom was very patient with me and made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. The crew was very polite they are clean and consistent on the job. Each day they cleaned up before they left. After they were finished with the job they made sure I was 100% happy with everything they done before I paid them. I have to give all Point Construction five stars Plus I wouldn't go with anybody else. Thank you Tom and the crew for such a wonderful job I am so happy.

The worker Greg that was at my house most of the time was incredible did awesome work, now the other people that would randomly show up and find in my house on there own were definitely just the opposite, I hired this company July 2016 to do work on a house I inherited through devastating circumstances and grant it it needed a lot but the sales person was all gung ho about getting the job and doing it right for me and my family, was gonna make it a show piece so they could use it for advertising that is until things started going wrong and deadlines continually being blown because of taking Greg off my job site to go do other work, at one point I had painters lined up and house wasnt ready so they brought people in supposedly on them as a favor to me that I would not allow to paint a dog house, used my furniture as paint stands, left $50 per gallon paint open to dry out, paint splatters all over new bathtub and shower door assembly, ceiling with old colors coming through, probably cause paint was allowed to dry out other patchwork done with wrong colors I have to have part of my siding replaced because one of their "painters" decided to unhook my hose at the house instead of using the sprayer on the end to clean a paint brush filled with black paint now all over my beige vinyl siding and just having the other jokers in my house doing shabby work, then the salesperson started getting attitude when I would show him work that was unacceptable for the price I was paying. And I wont even get into the ruined grass with nails and garbage left all over and me having 3 little kids and 2 little dogs. Now I notice all the 5 star ratings with good reviews are basically what you see on here so Im sure very few will get to see this, my suggestion is stay involved on a daily basis if you see something going wrong, nip it in the bud asap and don't allow a bunch of different worker that have no idea whats going on work i your house UPDATE: 7 years later and had to have their much less than quality bathroom floor just had to be redone to the tune of $6000 because they used the wrong materials and chalked absolutely nothing, this place customer service sucks at best, anytime I ever called I never received return call having to have another company repair their shoddy work Update 2 Dec 23 Removed carpet from a bedroom they replaced a wall in and the wall has absolutely no support under new wall and/or floor, there is a 2 in space between the bottom of the wall and the floor where you can see through it underneath the house. The more I open things they touched the more I’m finding that needs to be fixed because nothing was done right.
